I don’t think he’s been charged with anything related to hacking the DNC or Hillary Clinton. The issue is whether he was truthful about it in his dealings with the FBI and the Mueller team.
5 year Time limit on issuing charges once they leave office, so I’ve read. She’s been out of office for over 5 years. Never going to happen, and that is a damned shame.
Far more than enough in the public record than enough to convict in negligence in the care of classified documents. That’s pretty rare. Even the most obvious of crimes usually requires more than that. The investigation should have been merely to distinguish between negligence and espionage, and for sentencing purposes.
