I have a friend who as a senior was denied a PSA test by Kaiser.....so he went to one of those clinics and got a PDA test for $95.

Test came out a little high (15)

So started taking Saw Palmetto

Got 2 more (free) follow up PSA tests and last one was low single digit (no pun intended)

This is interesting. My PSA number is rather high for my age, and the doc wants me to get a prostate biopsy. I have no symptoms whatsoever. I may try that supplement going forward.
