The Arrival Team preceded the President, and reported rain. So is part of Q with the Arrival Team? President Trump is probably still in the air.

Not sure of the timing of whose where and when, but it wouldn't take much for arrival team guy to send a pic to somebody else for posting.

Either way, its my guess that Q and Q+ would have to coordinate those [0 DELTA]'s while in proximity (mr big word bagster).

I could be totally wrong about that, of course. I think Q may be more tech savvy than me. Hahaha.
