Unless BIG BIG BIG HISTORICAL things were contingent on a Hanoi deal or announcement, which it may have been. (i.e. Declaration of end of state-of-war/re-unification).
If that's the case, BIG BIG BIG may be delayed. If BIG BIG BIG is cancelled or postponed, I think Q would signal that in his posts.
But maybe BIG BIG BIG is NOT NK related, in which case it would still be on.
I hope for the latter, though I still see NK working out eventually.
