This ruling needs to be overturned. The next step is to outlaw male/female bathrooms as a matter of “equal protection” and “due process.”

Stupid, silly ruling. Equal protection and due process protects citizens FROM government or legal exclusion of rights, not to force them upon anyone. How denying the draft to women can be conceived as a denial of a right is beyond me.

We’ll see what Thomas does w/ this one, but I’m sad to day that Roberts will just rule the draft is a tax, therefore just fine.
