Since Q does not specify what [Except 1] means in the recent drop, one man’s guess or considered opinion is as good as another.
Maybe we’ll find out eventually; maybe not. If the follow-the-laws way works, we won’t have to find out. That’s what I hope.

Im sorry for the confusion, I’m up late.
In that case, you misunderstood what I was saying. I was hoping that the evil comes out by following the law and legal processes and trusting in those who are sworn to uphold it and investigate it. That is what we are referring to as Plan A. See Q post 2816. What I hope we never get to is what I called plan B, what Q was referring to when he said “[Except 1]”. That could be military action or, as Dis suggested, a plan involving the NSA, or something else. What we were hoping for is we never have to know what Plan B was, because Plan A succeeds.
