Since Q does not specify what [Except 1] means in the recent drop, one man’s guess or considered opinion is as good as another.
Maybe we’ll find out eventually; maybe not. If the follow-the-laws way works, we won’t have to find out. That’s what I hope.

In my ultra humble yapping opinion, it will be made public who the perps are, what they did (perhaps minus some of the ultra horrific details, since Q said not everything will be revealed, 40/60 was the proportion but my flickering memory says later on 20/80) and what kind of justice they get served.

We all agree, but that is plan A. What we are discussing here in these last few posts is what plan B is, what Q meant when he said "except 1". I agreed with those who said it meant military action to restore the republic, and Dis said it meant using the NSA in some manner that I have not seen detailed. Dis' basis for that belief was that Q used the phrase a long time ago "except 1" and it was clear that referred to the NSA. I think we use those words all the time and don't always mean the same thing. For example: All of Trump's children are grown. Except 1.

I'm not so sure of the foreign ones. They may end up in the 60%. The US pols would have to be accounted for since their acolytes would 'miss' them. The Pope probably fall into the former category as well, you know got sick or something and died. I can't wait for the justice part.
