My interpretation is Mueller will report to A.G., possibly this week, COMPLETING his task; and then DECLAS and other actions.
Both you and I and others here have been known to tick off milestones that needed to occur, most recently including Kavanaugh confirmation and 2016 election (securing Senate).
Evidently, the completion of Mueller (even if not immediately made public) is another. This makes sense, as the original calls for SC were due to firing of Comey ... and the STORM will include MUCH BIGGER BOOMS.
In summary, if Mueller were still in business, then there would be a S#itstorm of screaming from FAKE NEWS and many others to have Mueller EXPAND into new areas.
There is precedent for such revival by the way. Ken Starr was about to close up shop with NOTHING—literally days away—and then Monica Lewinsky dropped in their lap.
So either Mule drops on DS (surprise!) or submits final report to Barr and packs it up ... and then the Hammer (HUBER) +/- IG & DECLAS. There are aspects of the storm that go beyond the Mule op, however, and those could come before / during / after (or all of the above) ... now fitting in the Vietnam trip, I’m not sure of immediate term time frame - don’t want to step on your own news, or highlight it, or counteract [AS] + [MW] hearings with Cohen, etc.
