Trump has an excellent legal argument to keep her out. She was the daughter of a Yemini diplomat and as such does not receive birthright citizenship. Her side will argue that at the time of her birth, the father was no longer a diplomat. It can go all the way to the Supreme Court. However as long as Trump is President, she won’t be allowed to legally enter the US. Of course if the Democrats returned to the White House, they would welcome her.
