So this should invalidate the candidacy of anyone associated with the Clinton and Obama administrations, and also the vast majority of those who call themselves “Democrat”.
Seems to me that only the old line Democrats could run, but they are far and between, since many have become Independents or migrated to the Republican Party.
Darn. Without this rule, Trump could run in the primaries of both parties -- and win them both.
