What about pump and lever actions? Are they restricted like semi-auto?

No restrictions calibre-wise on lever or bolt action for rifles. Pump action shotguns are 2+1 for Section 2 and 7+1 or more for Section 1, same as semi-autos.

Lever-action Winchester for eg:

Apparently pump & autoloading shotguns are still legal in Britain but they were banned in Australia; the police simply ring up the owner and tell him to bring it in because he doesn’t want them coming to his house.

A Turkish arms company came up with a lever action shotgun for import to Oz but the nannies quickly intervened & alerted the PM who sent along a note to Parliament where the lever gun was added to the banned list.

“Stroke of the pen, law of the land. Kinda cool.” - Paul Begala as the outgoing Clinton signed a blizzard of EOs.
