Good question - no, they don’t. Again, do all US States allow concealed carry? I would like to be able to do that here.

According to the UK police website below, even pepper spray is illegal in the UK. The only fully legal defense product is a “rape alarm”. Pull the pin as you’re being stabbed, and the device will emit a loud noise.
