They took short cut and claimed they had CI make drug buy in order to get judge to sign onto warrant. It’s been reported that there were baggies of heroin in one of the cops’ cars. Was that in order to plant evidence? Were the victims killed instantly or were they handcuffed and then left to bleed out without aid?
