THIS: How the Dems Stole Seven House Seats in California

Made me thing of THIS Q-post:

WE WILL PROTECT THE VOTE.
ALL HANDS ON DECK.
Q

But the link is dead. Is there a Q repository where they save the content of the web-ephemera (like Twitter posts) that Q sometimes points to?

What a surprise I thought for sure that the JB Soi would be desperately trying to find some open source from a year ago that said the Army Corp of engineers would be building the wall.
In a pathetic attempt to try and disprove this latest huge Q proof of Red Castle Green Castle

There are specialized repositories here and there but nothing comprehensive and efficient unless you are an NSA specialist with access. But users save nearly everything on Twitter.

The tweet you seek can be found under images that people save from the internet. Here it is:

And the investigation is still ongoing. Here's an update from earlier this week: https://www.politico.com/story/2019/02/12/georgia-voting-states-elections-1162134

Money quote:
Longtime voting machine expert Douglas Jones said Amico and the plaintiffs ran into a common roadblock for people seeking to uncover the facts behind unusual election results.

"It's the Catch-22 that's been around forever where you can't get any legal support [to investigate] unless you've got proof that something went wrong. But the evidence you need to get that proof is hidden from you because there is no access to the material you need to prove it," said Jones, a professor of computer science at the University of Iowa.

... the above quote highlights why voting fraud is so difficult to prosecute.

The State AG is not giving up and has asked the DOJ/FBI for assistance.
