some thing is not right with McCabe's blather...I can't put my finger on in.

McCabe said Trump’s actions, such as asking FBI Director James Comey to discontinue the investigation into former national security adviser Michael Flynn and the subsequent firing of Comey, led to a counterintelligence investigation.- this can't be true. We're pretty sure counterintelligence investigation came from 5VEY before all this happened.

“So all those same sorts of facts cause us to wonder, is there an inappropriate relationship, a connection between this president and our most fearsome enemy, the government of Russia?” McCabe said.

“Are you saying that the president is in league with the Russians?” Scott Pelley of “60 Minutes” asked.

“I’m saying that the FBI had reason to investigate that,” McCabe replied. - not based on asking about Flynn or firing Comey.

what is WRONG with McCabe’s blather?

He said they started the investigation when DJT asked Comey to be nice to Flynn.

We KNOW that they started 2 separate investigations in the summer before the election, and even possible in the spring before the election.
