Exactly. All they have to do is match up his statements, to what the phone company records detail. If he says he texted this person or that person, there will be a log of that text. They can’t get what was in the message but they can determine if it was/wasn’t made. And if they get the right record, they’ll be able to determine his location, as well. He’s gay, black and liberal. He thinks he can get away with anything. I hope that CPD has some lesbian, black, liberals working the case.

His story fell apart the moment he refused to turn over his cell phone which would have verified a portion of his story - if he wasn’t lying about it.
They said it was regular clothesline rope. I can buy that at CVS, Walgreens or Walmart. Heck, even my local grocery (used to be a Piggly Wiggly) sells it.
