I heard Retired General Benton Partin speak at the Mid-American Constitution Conference in Grain Valley/Independence Missouri around 1997 or 1998. He gave a fascinating presentation about the OKC bombing and showed proof that there is no way the one explosion destroyed that building. Spoke to him for about 10 minutes afterward. For those who do not know him, he was the USAF's chief of explosive technology for many years and was recognized as an expert in expolosive technology.
