The women with the Q towel was standing right behind POTUS. When he turned around and saw her, he clapped his hands and took steps toward her. Then he pointed to the Q on the towel she was holding up and he made a Q sign. It was an unmistakable acknowledgment of Q by POTUS.

POTUS was apparently talking to Q in Q’s tweet to Valentine. “Did you get the clip?”. Valentine was floored over Q’s post mentioning him.
The language used in POTUS’s speech had identical phrases used in previous Q posts.
