To immigrate LEGALLY you are required to have police documents from every country you have visited in the last (5?) years stating you did not commit a crime in that country while you were there.

It's from age 16...they did this to my 80 year old mother.

Yes, and if these police documents stating no criminal history are written in a different language they have to be translated and certified.

The measles outbreak caused me to share this information. LEGAL immigrants could no way be carrying any disease as they are checked out thoroughly before being allowed to enter the US. Illegal immigrants can carry many diseases as they come across our border.
