Close to a school, several ministries and looks like undeveloped lot. Curious. I guess any land is valuable in the Houston area but this appears to be in an under utilized part of town.
I’m just going to remind folks that Houston is a very odd town when it comes to real estate. You will find McMansions next to dumps. Somewhere there is a book about how this came to be with lack of planning. But you can’t always judge an area there by what is right next door. Attended a wedding at a beautiful venue there once that I couldn’t believe was there while driving to it.
The Houston property is at 2120 Kirk street, apparently owned by her husband Sidney Williams. Vacant lot, 5000 sqft, valued at about 15,000. Purchased in 1988.
The next lot, 2120 Kirk is owned by a Texas Corporation, Kirk International Inc and consists of a motel. The principals appear to be Chinese by their names.
