Dry eye: I use SILVER BIOTICS nano silver liquid. It can sting at first, but does the trick. It seems to take the “haze” away from my eyes too.

I have silver drops and love them. Also love the genteal gel drops and ointment. My favorite is the Hylo Forte drops and VitApos appointment, from Germany and England. And various other preservative-free drops. I need to use a majority of preservative free since I use so many throughout the day.

I haven’t found any boric acid drops, but I have a boric acid wash but I made from boric acid. It might be okay to use as drops but I never have.

I alternate what I use throughout the day, for variety and effectiveness. Seems that the same thing doesn’t always work the same each time.

I’m doing a wee bit better. So good that I canceled my optometrist appointment because I finally had a fairly good day and didn’t want it ruined. Eye exams always stress my eyes and I was afraid she would do another dry eye test that would steal all the moisture. That is what did me in in January.

But I have been doing an especially hate hate hate, is trying an anti-inflammatory diet. Only something like excruciating eye pain would get me to give up pasta and bread. And milk and sugar. I’ve lost about 10 lb because I can’t figure out what it is I can eat, lol!
