I agree with you. What I would like to see is for the RNC to get serious and put together an effective precinct-level organization of volunteers organized by the central committees. The RNC needs to add to its training courses a course on the organization of GOTV efforts as well as other forms of voter outreach. You can’t just leave that to the campaigns, you need something a bit more stable to build on.
