If there wer rules for the replacement of a SCOTUS judge and their incapicitation, who would enforce them? You can’t give it to the executive as they would have a conflict of interest. I guess the only remedy is to impeach the judge and that’s not going to happen.

Something has to be figured out that is Constitutional to limit the egregious power of the judiciary.

Including all levels.

If nothing can be done, then just replacing the rotten ones with good ones will have to do, and that is what Trump is doing as fast as he can.
