Ichabod1 reminds us what 5:5 means.
I found something in Clancy’s Red Rabbits last night. We have been talking about the definition of 5:5 and I had been thinking it meant “Loud and Clear” but then I read this: “Damn”, Ryan observed. “This is reliable?” “Very much so, It’s a five-five, Jack” By that he meant tht the source was rated five on a scale of five for reliability, and the importance of the information reported was graded the same way.”
So it means reliable source, important information.
