So proud of my Italian kin connections. When I was over there visiting 2nd-3rd cousin relatives in 1994 I saw the handwriting on the wall with welfare money keeping children and grandchildren home living rent free since grandma got a gov check. Those same folks got their act together when the money and grandma died which is what I heard in the last few years anyway. The folks I was in contact are no longer alive unfortunately.
