You are absolutely right that Q (amongst other factors) reveals there had to be an anti-globalist/anti-socialist intelligence organization of some scope before the Trump presidency; and, that this org and Trump somehow found each other.
You are also spot on that the struggle is international--a veritable World Intelligence War. POTUS already rolled the Middle East via S.A./MbS. He is about to rip NK away from China, probably right after snatching Venezuela back from the dark side. The battle of BREXIT is still raging, and unknown revelations will indeed rock the FVEY "allies." While the political fireworks command all news here, POTUS is taking the battle straight to China, financially, in the first major engagement of the next great war: USA v. China. Eventually POTUS will attack China via her Achilles heal, the WTO.
For the record, I also believe RR/RM are #notblackhats. Despite all outward appearances, logic compels that "Patriots in control" obviates this possibility.
The purpose of RR/RM has been to quarantine the forces of the other side while our forces were made ready for battle, including the the global psyop you referred to and also SCOTUS, DoJ etc.

Your list of POTUS's international activities would be amazing successes for any POTUS completing 8 years in office with the support of his administration. But the entire time, he's been fighting "sold-out" elements of the US government.
