yup, I plan to be here too.

Im semi settled in where i will be for a short time. Still recuperating from the pneumonia and bronchitis.. the oils do work for me

On last thread someone asked what i do with the oils.. well I diffuse, apply topical and do oral.(the oral is a drop each morning in my water which has ACV and lemon. Topiclly I do a base of some oil.. coconut, balm, just cream. rub in a few drops.. normally frankincense or another potent one. Skin assorbs. I run a diffuser with various strong ones.. inhalation. I have been doing the topical on sick kitten.
