Supposedly a SCOTUS Justice cannot be removed for being literally brain-dead.
That is my understanding... my son just asked me that question... I said probably can only be removed by impeachment... heartless patriots would have to insist that she withdraw - or somehow be withdrawn if she is not able to do so herself.
Of course we all know what the Dem/socialist / MSM 'game' is. They will raise the gates of h3ll to keep DJT from appointing another SCOTUS judge.
...and the 'pubbies enforced the Biden Rule about no Prez SCOTUS appointment in the 'last' year of his office... which the Dems are sure to label 2020.
