I did read about the unanimous consent. I still do not understand the arcane sausage makings of the Senate rules.

In short, correct me if I’m wrong, the Rs won’t stand up and do the nuke action thing to force a vote?

Not one they won't think they can win. Doubt the would eliminate the filibuster for 'regular business'. Probably couldn't get 51 at any rate considering some of the profiles in courage in the Senate. Only way short term any of this happens is if being a 'Dem' becomes poisonous, ie declass and pedo stuff surfaces.
