This is why I avoid most concerts. If people stand in front of me & my date then I’m compelled at some point to do the same. At 6’5” I am definitely self-conscious about blocking the view of those behind me. That makes me the “bad guy” when I ask the guy/gal in front to “please sit down”. In my younger days there were a few confrontations that nearly got to the point of ejection.
It’s really not worth it to me to spend $250 - $300 for a pair of concert tickets for what amounts to “obstructed view” seats and an exchange of angry words and dirty-looks.

Don’t mean to be critical, but there are no entertainers on the planet, and there never have been, who could tempt me to spend $250 for a pair of concert tickets, even though at my income level that price is actually chump change.
