I think the “Independent Eye”. was a local underground newspaper. Does anyone remember it, just wondering if it was national or local. It was 25 or 50 cents. We usually didn’t have enough money to buy a copy. There was a water bed at the back of the headship so we would lounge on the bed and read it for free.

Does anyone remember FM converters?

One of my first jobs was working in the automotive department at K-mart where we sold (among other cheap Japanese junk) 8-track players and FM converters.
