Well I had an opinion that formed when I first read the fanciful description of the "assailants*" wearing MAGA hats. Set off my bullsh!t detector immediately.
* another word for "figments" in this instance

Only thing missing was a small inconsequential gasoline fire that burned a tiny portion of something before going out.
I seem to recall a black church having the n-word spray-painted on it just before the 2016 election, and afterwards a church member was charged with doing it. Lots of attention to the initial story, and not a peep about what really happened.
Yeah its the MAGA guys you have to watch out for in the urban yutes inner city areas.

For the record, as soon as I saw the word “noose” I knew this was a hoax.
“Noose” ALWAYS means “hoax”.

The details of the case make me doubt it is real.
Black guy assaulted by two whites? Usually it is the inverse, but possible.
AND they carried a noose ... not likely
AND they carried bleach ... unlikely in its own right, doubly unlikely ...
AND they’ve seen Empire ... unlikely but not impossible
AND they recognize the guy while assaulting him ... you’re making this up, using the attack to aid both your activist career and acting career
A domestic dispute also explains why he is outside at 2:00 am. The guy that hit him is still in his house.

I find it hard to believe this story. It sounds like a really bad script put forth by a really bad actor who just happens to hate Trump and wants to be a hero to the left.
It was 3 degrees at 2 am on Tuesday. The wind chill made it feel like -15 or so. Plus it snowed quite a bit. And in that neighborhood, River North area, almost no fast food joints are open at 2 am.
Most of the bars are closed or closing by then, too.
And this jamoke wants us to believe that there just happened to be two white guys wearing MAGA hats carrying a noose and a gallon of bleach waiting to pounce.
