Don't know why you converted it to binary, but the conversion you posted should start with the missing "00", as in "0010", otherwise it looks like the binary starts with "9f8d7" and not the "27e35" of the hexadecimal number you posted. Of course, if I started at the other end it works out properly, but that end scrolled off my screen.
