As I understand it, on Rush today, DJT granted nomination rights for two out of three judges for the 9th Circus to the two Fornicalia Senators. Kimberly Strassel is a reliable source.

Rush was aghast!

Nomination rights meaning they get to put some names up? Doesn’t sound as though he did that.
