School me about afterburners. Are they in the photo?

If you look at photos of jet afterburners on the internet, and the photo posted by Qanon, they appear to be alike.
Note the definition above from Wikipedia: to provide an increase in thrust, usually for supersonic flight, takeoff, and “combat situations”.
If afterburners have been employed for combat, something is about to happen, and pretty soon.
