This is the Tweet by George Webb that led me to research more about these two men:

Now I’m curious to see what Webb discovered. He spent hours a few days ago at the National Archives, and the CIA has also released info.
I have seen one or two things of his; don't know much about his veracity. Is Robert Mueller's ancestry important? He is a monster by any standard.
