It is the squadron nickname for the Air Guard flying F-15s out of Belle Chasse, ‘Coonass Militia’.

Can’t see the alpha-numeric in that pic. I doubt it, those look like Strike Eagles, not the pure fighter variant. They are however cool as (comment restrained)
