Yeah, I’m not a fan of liver, liver paste I’ll eat. :^) Pretty sure I’ve never had most of the rest of your list there (just elk and venison).
Same here, I can palate liverwurst and braunschweiger, or fowl Pate. but if it gets any richer than that I’m done. lol
Well you might be fortunate to not have tried everything I have. Most of it was eat it or starve to death kind of fare. Like pronghorn for example.,, They say the best way to eat pronghorn is to throw it on top of a bed of coals, turn several times for about 8 hours and then throw the pronghorn away and eat the coals. lol
