I’ve had haggis several times. I liked it. But then I will eat just about anything. In fact, I’m sure I have eaten just about everything. Pretty sure the list was completed eating from mobile taco trucks and Vietnamese fare. Ate a lot of Howler when I was in Panama, grew up in the desert eating rattlesnake and Jack rabbit.
Ate quite a bit of Horse, Mule, and a LOT of Burro. Elk, venison, pronghorn, and wild boar. My absolute favorite ever delicacy is Blood Sausage from any of these. I love Offal but I draw the line at liver. Just can’t do liver straight up, mixed I’m cool with.
