I haven’t had it since. I have never found it in the USA anywhere. I’ve seen it on menus a few times but I could tell by the photos that it wasn’t the real stuff.
It’s probably a matter of where one goes in Italy, as well.
I’d be surprised if an acceptable replacement recipe isn’t online.
Most real restaurants don’t have pictures on their menus. Burger King maybe.
