I just can’t seem to get back into the swing of things around here. Hope everyone is well. I’ve just been so disappointed with how things are going that I’ve stayed away from all things political. Doing a lot of stitching (as usual), and a lot of reading. It keeps my blood pressure down. I haven’t watched one minute of anything political on the television. I think I’m all done with all of it. To me it seems that there is no hope. The few Republicans that I thought were going to stand with Donald Trump turned out to be nothing but talk. Nothing but hot air, and I’m over it.

We have many reasons for hope.
A thought: would President Trump (a man with a successful business history who lived an incredible private lifestyle and who’s a devoted father and obviously close to his children) choose to spend eight years of his life working on a hopeless cause while he has a young son still at home and many young grandchildren close to him?
I don’t think that fits his character.
President Trump is a great general who’s won a lot of battles during the past two years, but we’re still in the middle of the war.
Also, Good is on our side.

Have missed you around here.
Can understand how you are feeling and if it helps you to stay away, not listen to politics, it sure is understandable.
But just know that our President will continue the fight no matter how bad it gets.
He and our country need our constant PRAYERS!
