After reading that list of yea voting Senators makes me wonder if they got a cut of the $$ to vote yes and then since no $$ left, wall/fencing/barrier/beaded curtain not built.
Part of THEIR plan to enrich themselves at the expense of the great unwashed who do not live in the Walled City of DC.
