First impressions:
That is petition ... as I read Francisco’s filing from two days ago the gov. is saying that the records of the Court of Appeals and the Circuit Court in DC as well have redacted copies of the filings so the SCOTUS could release everything in the record that’s already been redacted & that the gov. now thinks that’s appropriate (but may require other party to agree?)
I’ve wanted to see these things because I’ve wanted to better understand who’s in play here and how things are couched or postured so as to hint as to who/what is the target here.
I’d previously considered GHCQ or maybe Halcyuk (I forget how that name is spelled but the DS org in UK)
Reading this now, nothing more than impression ... I wonder if these things are getting to Christopher Steele?
Do such things need to have been resolved before the plan may proceed?
