asked in '73...married in '74.

A month before we got married, I got arrested for streaking 32 lanes in a bowling alley during league night.

After I was done I was immediately surrounded by 5 cops.
I asked them how they got there so fast, as I had done that on the spur of the moment (with some help from "Janice Juice").
One guy said they were members of the fraternal order of police(FOP) and they had their bowling league that night.

She bailed me out of jail and married me anyway...

Went to court and my case was called and the judge in a very loud voice said "What were you thinking?" I told him it seemed like a good idea at the time. Judge said this ain't California. The fine happened to be what the bail was + court costs.

"seemed like a good idea at the time" was the cause of rough patches a time or two.
