HRC hasn’t had a neck for years now. During the campaign I referred to her as No Neck, among my close family and friends. Some hadn’t actually noticed. Showed them any photo and they were OMG(!) you’re Right.

Hillary waved like John McCain there for awhile. Her arm would creak up, her neck would go down like a pump head on an oil well.
