The problem Mulvaney alluded to is the Law invites trouble.

Flynn Judge Sullivan Signed Sealed Order of Discovery in Seth Rich Lawsuit

As many of you know by now, my team is being sued for seeking the truth in the unsolved murder of Seth Conrad Rich. The former data director of new voter registration for the Democrats.
Something that we haven’t talked a lot about is the fact that anything found in the discovery phase (discovery goes both ways, and we have nothing to hide) has been sneakily put under a sealed order.
What that really means you might ask?
That means that whatever we find in our discovery as a defense (bank records, emails, eBay records, PayPal records, phone records, autopsy), and things we are seeking in our investigations can never be talked about publicly. Isn’t that interesting America?
Now who would have done that you might ask?
None other than the same federal Judge that called General Michael Flynn a traitor, and also said that illegals should be allowed to come back, going against the ruling of former Attorney General Jeff Sessions. That’s right America, the federal Judge who signed the order is Emmett Sullivan.
Now if my team of Investigators which includes former homicide detectives, licensed private investigators, former federal agents, SWAT commanders, LEO’s, and Investigative Journalists are wrong, then why the sealed order?

Every time the corrupt Mueller gang, FBI and DOJ come out with a major news story it is strategically synchronized to cover up another scandal involving their corrupt actions. Today’s arrest of Roger Stone is no exception.
Today the corrupt Mueller gang arrested long time Trump friend Roger Stone. He was arrested early in the morning as the FBI always does. Another American attacked by the mobsters in the Deep State due to his relationship with this President. But there is something more than coincidental about this arrest this morning. Not only was CNN there to film the arrest, proving again that the Mueller mobsters are colluding with members of the deep state and corrupt media, but there is something more.
There always is a something that is breaking related to the corrupt Deep State whenever they attempt to change the news cycle. Today is no exception.
Over the past couple of days the testimony of former FBI General Counsel James Baker was released. Baker resigned and he too was a crook and involved in Deep State efforts to aid Hilary Clinton in her bid to become President and their attempted coup to remove President Trump after he defeated Hillary in the 2016 election.
What Baker said was shocking, especially his testimony surrounding the missing corrupt FBI agent Joseph Pientka.
According to Brian Cates at the Epoch Times the Baker testimony was explosive. Baker stated that –
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court [FISC] was not alerted to the fact that much of the information in the surveillance warrant on Trump campaign foreign policy adviser Carter Page was being provided by paid political propagandists employed by the Hillary Clinton campaign.
To continue receiving Trump-Russia collusion propaganda from opposition research firm Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele—who had been hired by Fusion GPS on behalf of the Clinton campaign and DNC—the FBI established a backchannel through former Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr at the Department of Justice. After every meeting with Steele, Ohr would sit down for an interview with FBI Special Agent Joseph Pientka, who would fill out official FD-302 interview forms to pass on the information within the FBI.
According to Cates –
It seems something spooked the SpyGate plotters into presenting an appearance of drawing back from Christopher Steele and Fusion GPS while still surreptitiously using that political propaganda shop as a source for their ongoing investigations.
This backchannel allowed the FBI to hide Fusion GPS’s—and the Clinton campaign’s–role in providing much of the “evidence” being used to drive these politically-motivated investigations of Trump and his associates.
Cates continues [emphasis added] –
The point was to launder Fusion GPS’s Trump-Russia allegations through Ohr to Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe and lead agent on the Trump case, Peter Strzok, so it could be claimed the information was coming from a legitimate intelligence source instead of from paid political propagandists working for Hillary Clinton.
This means it’s highly likely that when Bruce Ohr’s personal notes from his meetings with Fusion GPS are compared with the official FD-302 interview forms that Agent Pientka filled out following his interviews with Ohr, they are not going to match when it comes to what the stated source was for the Trump-Russia information.
For Pientka to write down on the 302 forms that this information on Trump-Russia he was being given by Ohr was still coming from the Fusion GPS boys after the FBI had supposedly severed all ties with them would have defeated the entire reason for going to the trouble of establishing a backchannel in the first place.
Cates tweeted the point from his article where he states that Pientka is involved in two major scandals involving the Trump – Russia collusion sham – these phony 302s he took from his discussions with Ohr was one. Pientka was also the agent, along with the very corrupt and now fired FBI Agent Peter Strzok, who ambushed General Michael Flynn at the White House which led to reports Flynn lied to the FBI.”
Great story on those scandals; the perps are treasonous and seditious deep-staters, who ought to be arrested, charged, tried, convicted, and sentenced to the maximum penalty.

These two make the most sense. They are low-hanging fruit given obvious leaks and perjury; and, will not generate quite the "Racism"/"Sexism" furor that will occur when Rice, Powers, Hill, Huma, LL, HRC, Holder, Valjar and Zero are indicted.
It makes me wonder of Strzok, Page and McCabe have been allowed to plead out as cooperating witnesses.

In May of 2016, US Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi visited the President of Mexico along with other Congressmen, including little known Texas Congressman Beto O’Rourke. Pelosi stated about the meetings –

“We come here as a bipartisan and large delegation to express our respect for the people of Mexico and the country of Mexico; to acknowledge our shared border and our shared values and to learn more about how we can work together for the bright future for not only our two countries but for our hemisphere.”
Pelosi said the delegation had a busy time in Mexico City.
“When we arrived, we had our country team briefings; we had the privilege – some of us – of going to mass in the cathedral and hearing the sermon on Labor Day on the importance of workers in Mexico, a view we shared. We’ve met with members of the American Chamber of Commerce. We had the privilege of hearing from members of the civil society here in Mexico. We had a very beneficial meeting with Director General Zapata on the subject of the economy and on the subject of TPP especially. And then we had a glorious meeting, a really very thorough exchange of subjects and views – again about our shared values and our shared border – with the President [of Mexico]. Just now we finished a lunch, as you know, with Members of the Federal Deputies – Mexican Federal Deputies – and Senators. And this evening we will have a dinner meeting with the Foreign Minister,” Pelosi said.
Who knows what the discussions all entailed but since this date, the Mexican President has been aligned with Mexican cartels. As reported earlier this month he’s accused of taking millions from the cartels –
Former Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto accepted a $100m (£77m) bribe from drug cartel kingpin Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán, a witness has testified.
Alex Cifuentes, who says he was a close associate of Guzmán for years, told a New York City courtroom that he had told authorities of the bribe in 2016.
Guzmán is accused of being behind the Sinaloa drug cartel, which prosecutors say was the largest US drug supplier.
Mr Peña Nieto served as the president of Mexico from 2012 to 2018.
Guzmán, 61, has been on trial in Brooklyn since November after he was extradited from Mexico to face charges of trafficking cocaine, heroin and other drugs as leader of what the US has called the world’s largest drug cartel.
The timing of the former Mexican President being connected with Mexican cartels is rather significant. A former Democrat believes the real reason Democrats don’t want a wall on the US – Mexican border is related to the story above. Jeffrey Peterson says the real reason the Democrats will never support the border wall – is that they are being paid off by the Mexican cartels.
