Minneapolis is smart in that they constructed a massive enclosed skyway throughout an 80-block area downtown so that people can skip around the city in their bikinis and underwear even though it is 50 below zero outside.

Wish Manhattan did that. They do have a lot of underground passages but they are not interconnected. Just crossing one street in Manhattan last week was enough to give me a touch of frost bite.

Yea, I’ve ice fished Lake of the Woods, Big Winnie & Upper Red at -35 to -42 Decades ago.
