There’s truth in that. But it doesn’t change Coulter’s point. If the wall couldn’t be built in 2017 or 2018, how can anybody expect that it will be built now?
Side point #1: The only Pelosi way will agree to a wall now is if Trump gives up a HUGE amount of things in return. And in this respect Pelosi and Ryan are not the same. Pelosi will ask for much more than Ryan would have.
Side point #2: I disagree with Coulter in that she implies that this mess is mostly Trump’s fault. It’s not. It’s mostly the GOPe’s fault.
