Barack Obama has not been publicly charged with any crime in the year since Q told us he had retained counsel. I don't recall additional Q posts on the nature of this counsel, why Obama retained him, etc.The clear implication Q is making is that Obama was in some sort of prosecutorial cross-hairs. (As opposed to using a lawyer to negotiate the $65 million book deal or the Netflix production deal, or many other reasons one might hire an attorney for non-criminal work).
