In two prior posts, “Q” says “Watch the water.” and “WATCH the water.”. There are many considerations about what these things mean. But one thing that’s been observed is that Gen. Flynn, who’s done some surfing, regularly posts different twitter backgrounds at different key points in time, typically of seascapes or lakes with sunrises & sunsets. TBD ;)
